Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment/order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message once your order is confirmed and being prepared for dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners including Leopards, TCS, and Trax.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to help our courier partner serve you faster.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email so you can track your shipment directly through the courier's website.
Failed Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will make delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be contacted to reschedule or the order may be cancelled.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and other details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at wellme.pk@gmail.com or 0316-6008703 whatsapp only so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Must make video before opening the parcel.
